Five College of Human Sciences students initiated into Kappa Omicron Nu National Honor Society

Katie Nunemaker, Jennifer Duerkes, Kari Prasuhn, Zahidah Ab-Latif, and Kathiana Franco Torres were initiated into Kappa Omicron Nu National Honor Society on April 8, 2018. The Omicron Gamma chapter of Kappa Omicron Nu at Iowa State was founded in 1913, and is dedicated to recognizing and encouraging excellence in scholarship, research, and leadership development. Membership in Kappa Omicron Nu is the highest scholastic honor attainable in the area of family and consumer sciences.
