Susan Arendt appointed editor of Journal of Child Nutrition and Management

Susan Arendt, a professor in apparel, events, and hospitality management, has been named the new editor of the Journal of Child Nutrition and Management — the School Nutrition Association’s research publication. The national journal publishes research findings on topics related to K-12 school foodservice.
