Katherine gives direction to and is responsible for the overall movement of the ISU 4U Promise, including the ambitiousness, complexity, and nuance of the project, and its relationships with key internal and external partners. Shari ensures the positive growth of the ISU 4U Promise by developing partnerships between Iowa State University, Des Moines Public Schools (DMPS), and the Community Alliance to create and monitor supports that encourage ISU 4U Promise students from King and Moulton to pursue college-readiness and, ultimately, enroll at ISU.

Quinn is a graduate student in the School of Education working toward their M.Ed in Student Affairs. As the McKinstry ISU 4U Promise graduate fellow, they support our enrolled ISU 4U Promise students at ISU and DMACC. Quinn assists students with transitioning from high school to college, coordinating community activities for all undergraduate ISU 4U Promise students, and supporting their persistence in education through individual and group advising and meetings.
