ACPA Coalition for Sexuality and Gender Identities names public service award after Iowa State University alum Petey Peterson

Petey Peterson, 2010 child, adult, and family services alum and director for the Office for Gender and Sexual Diversity at Tulane University, has been honored with an award being named after them by the ACPA Coalition for Sexuality and Gender Identities. The Petey Peterson Public Service Award was created as a reflection of Peterson’s hard work toward enhancing the lives of LGBTQIA+ students, and their commitment to being an agent of change.
