Apply for the Sustainability, Nutrition and Nature summer 2019 study abroad program by March 26: This study abroad program to Shetland, just 100 miles north of mainland Scotland, will be led by Christina Campbell, associate professor in food science and human nutrition. Participants will be immersed in activities related to nutrition and health, environmental issues, economic vitality and cultural identity. Travel dates are July 26-August 9, 2019.
