Attend BIEDA’s next meeting on April 18 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. in Lagomarcino W0262: How can we better understand multiple perspectives related to body image and eating disorders to create more inclusive spaces for all bodies? Tommy, an Iowa State student majoring in microbiology, will share about his experiences navigating issues of body image through the lens of his identity as a trans man. Amy Popillion, senior lecturer in human development and family studies, will share information from her expertise in human sexuality, gender identity and social justice.
