Auriel Willette’s research on body fat and flexible thinking featured in Study Finds article: Study Finds, an online publisher that features various research findings, has publish an article Auriel Willette’s recent research. Willette, an assistant professor in food science and human nutrition, recently explored the impact that changes in the immune system have on flexible thinking. He found that these changes, along with excess body fat, can negatively effect our brain’s flexible thinking abilities.
