Brandi Geisinger’s research group granted funding for evaluating effectiveness of Iowa’s STEM Scale-Up Programs:

This team, led by Brandi Geisinger, research scientist III in the School of Education, received $29,700 to assess the effectiveness of the 2020 STEM Scale-Up programs in Iowa’s K-12 schools in collaboration with the Governor’s STEM Advisory Council and the University of Northern Iowa. These programs are designed to increase student success and achievement in STEM fields. RISE researchers will examine the experiences of teachers working with the Scale-Up programs.
