Canvas Quiz Statistics

For any quiz, it is possible to view summary and detailed quiz statistics by question and by student. After the quiz is over and all questions are graded, click the Quiz link in the course menu, click the quiz name, go to the far right menu and click the Quiz Statistics button. Class performance on the test is summarized online and a breakdown is given for each question. Click the Item Analysis button in the top right to download a detailed, excel-compatible report of question performance. Click the Student Analysis button in the top right to generate a detailed, excel-compatible report that lists every student’s response to each question. If the quiz includes open ended questions, the students’ typed responses are included in the report. These are handy tools for investigating question performance and for investigating specific student’s responses or concerns.
