Clean up your dashboard

Every Canvas user can control which course tiles display on their dashboard, the color and label of the tiles, and their order. These alternations are personal, i.e. they only affect the display for the person making the changes. The course instructor also has the option to add an image to the course tile – if this is done, it affects the tile appearance for all participants in the course. It is a good idea to change the image used each time you teach a course in order to differentiate the tiles used for each semester’s version of the same class.
