Staff in the college’s Online and Distance Learning unit provide free educational technology support, training, and help desk services to all instructors in the college. These services are not limited to online or distance courses. Please contact us if you need assistance ordering a Canvas course account, setting the account up (e.g. adding test banks, processing video, etc.), would like 1-1 training, or require help desk services.
