Des Moines Register features Iowa State distance Ph.D. student Amanda Miller: The Des Moines Register publish an article highlighting the work of Amanda Miller, an Iowa State distance Ph.D. student in hospitality management. Miller is in charge of ‘the largest restaurant in the state’ as head of Des Moines Public Schools’ Food and Nutrition Management, which feeds about 30,000 kids daily.
