Doctoral student Christine Komjathy accepted to John Milner Nutrition and Cancer Prevention Research Practicum with National Institutes of Health

Christine Komjathy, a doctoral student in food science and human nutrition, has been selected to participate in the 2020 John Milner Nutrition and Cancer Prevention Research Practicum through a competitive process. The one-week, intense learning session provides specialized instruction in the role of diet and bioactive food components as modifiers of cancer incidence and tumor behavior, and engages participants through didactic and interactive experiences.
