Donate unique items to CHS online auction to benefit United Way
September 17, 2018Donate items to CHS online auction to benefit United Way: Thanks to the talents and generosity of our staff, faculty, and alums, last year our college on-line auction raised over $2,300 for United Way!! Because we had such a positive response we will be holding another on-line auction this year as one of our college United Way fundraisers. The CHS United Way auction is looking for unique, one-of-a-kind items and services for the auction.
If you have a talent, item, or service that you are willing to donate for our college United Way auction, or if you know someone who could offer a great item or service for bid, please contact Theresa Boettcher at theresab@iastate.edu.
Please let us know if you have an idea for an auction item. We will not need the items until later in September. The on-line auction will be held from September 28 to October 5.
Some auction items from past years included ISU balls signed by coaches and teams, jewelry, hand made items, dance lessons, photo sessions, ISU Men’s basketball tickets, ISU Football tickets, and knitted/crocheted items.
