Don’t leave money on the table. Mark your calendar for ‘Start Smart’ salary negotiation workshop, April 2: A ‘Start Smart’ salary negotiation workshop for students will be presented by the Career Services staff in Human Sciences and Liberal Arts and Sciences from 5-7:30 p.m., Tuesday, April 2, at a location TBA. AAUW Smart Start is specifically designed to teach you how to negotiate salaries for a new job. You will gain confidence in your negotiation style and increase your potential to earn higher salaries and better benefits packages. There is no charge for attending. Food will be served during check-in from 5-5:30; the presentation will begin promptly at 5:30. Space is limited. More information will be posted in Happening and on the College of Human Sciences web calendar as it becomes available.
