Eric Brown receives research funding from American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation

Eric Brown, associate professor in hospitality management, received $43,596 from the American Hotel & Lodging Educational Foundation to fund his research. The proposed project aims to determine best practices in developing new employee soft skills and communication abilities within the lodging industry in order to increase employee confidence and retention in the lodging industry.
