Faculty: Raise your media presence through The Conversation

Iowa State University works with The Conversation, which combines academic rigor with journalistic flair to help ensure the public at large has ready access to fact-based information. Articles distributed by The Conversation are written by academics, based on their research. One of dozens of recent, successful articles by Iowa State University faculty is a piece picked up by the Washington Post that was co-written by Alison Phillips and Jacob Meyer. Editor Jennifer Weeks is available between 1-2 p.m. each Friday to meet with faculty members individually , discuss their research, and brainstorm story ideas. Faculty are encouraged to use the online calendar to to check availability and schedule a 20-minute appointment.
