A link to the Collaborative on Academic Careers in Higher Education Faculty Satisfaction Survey will be emailed to Iowa State University faculty this week. Feedback from the survey, which is administered every three years by Harvard University, will be used to better serve and promote the development of all faculty by improving support for faculty recruitment, retention and diversity; bettering understanding of faculty work for policymakers; and enriching the overall faculty experience.
