Food science and human nutrition student team named finalists in the National Dairy Council New Product Competition

Kudos
An Iowa State University team comprised of graduate students Mark Bollom, Mariel Camacho-Arriola, and Zifan Wan, and undergraduates Adam Schonert and Xinyue Zeng, was named among the top six finalists in the National Dairy Council New Product Competition. The team will now submit a full project report with the aim of becoming a top three winner in the competition.
