Food Science Club’s liquid nitrogen ice cream demo featured in Iowa State Daily: As part of the 2019 College of Human Sciences Week, the Food Science Club put on a demonstration of how to make liquid nitrogen ice cream. The demonstration educated attendees on the behind the scenes of food production and opportunities within the food science major.
