Instructional technology specialist Jordan Gongora joins online and distance learning team

Jordan Gongora joined the online and distance learning team in the College of Human Sciences, fulltime in November. Gongora graduated from Iowa State in 2020 with a bachelor’s degree in biological/pre-medical illustration. She is applying a wide range of technical skills to help instructors with their course graphics and providing guidance to ensure that course content meets accessibility standards. Gongora is also providing Canvas help desk services for instructors and course designers.
