Iowa State food science and human nutrition dietetic alumna, Christine Clarahan’s work featured in Today article: Christine Clarahan, a 2007 FSHN Iowa State University dietetic alumna is working with the food services staff at the School City of Hammond, Indiana, as the school district’s director of food and nutrition services. She and her team got creative once schools were ordered to shut down, ensuring that the kids in their school district wouldn’t go hungry.
