The Iowa State Creamery, reopened in August 2020, is run by Stephanie Clark from the Department of Food Science and Human Nutrition with the immense support of students. The Creamery offers hands-on experience for students in many different realms. From product development to social media management, the creamery allows students to apply what they learned in the classroom to real world scenarios. Want to learn more about the creamery?
