A business pitch for ‘My Agent’ made by event management seniors Tristen Meinders and Joanna Gramer earned them top honors at the College of Human Sciences pitch-off contest, part of the ISU College-by-College contest offered by the Pappajohn Center for Entrepreneurship. Minders and Gramer will represent the College of Human Sciences as contestants in the ISU Innovation Pitch Competition on March 7. Runners-up in the Human Sciences competition were hospitality management junior Jacob Wallace and event management senior Sky Irlmeier who together pitched ‘The Spectrum,’ and event management senior Hallie Farrell who pitched her idea for the ‘Cover Mobile App.’
