Ruth MacDonald has been named to the University Sustainability Committee

Ruth MacDonald, professor and chair of the department of food science and human nutrition, is the only College of Human Sciences appointee to the new sustainability committee. Established by Iowa State President Wendy Wintersteen, the committee’s goal is to improve sustainability, and develop a set of actionable recommendations to increase energy efficiency at ISU.
