Sorting additional info in grade columns

Last week we explained how to display additional columns of information in the grade book related to each student’s enrollment records (e.g. netID, Major, College) and Group Membership by going to ISU AdminTools > Additional Course Settings. However the new column has no sort feature available in the header cell. Here is a trick: click the header cell of the grade column, then click the S key on your keyboard. This causes the sorting to happen. The first time you click the header cell and the S key, the column sorts A-Z order (low to high). If you repeat the process, it will reverse the sort order, i.e. Z-A (high to low). The same process can be used on any grade column in Canvas.
