Submit summer grades by 2:15 p.m. on August 11

Final grades for summer are due by 2:15 p.m. Tuesday August 11. They can be submitted directly to AccessPlus or through Canvas; it’s important to only use one of these methods. In your Canvas course, go to ISU AdminTools > Submit Grades. Then: 1) Set grade type to “Final;” 2) Select the enrollment Section(s) for which you are submitting grades; 3) Select the Assignments to be used to calculate the grade (new feature!); 4) Check for errors (i.e. ungraded submissions, empty grade cells, hidden grades); 5) Verify that calculated grades are correct, indicate why Fs are being given; 6) Click Save and Continue. A confirmation screen appears next. You should receive a confirmation email for each Section submitted; if not, repeat the submission process. To proof grades submitted from Canvas, return to Course > ISU Admin > Submit Grades, click on the Section. To proof grades submitted in AccessPlus, go to Instr Class Lists, enter the course/section and under “Display” choose Class List with Grades.
