Use Qualtrics through Iowa State for surveys and online forms

Qualtrics is survey software that provides 21 categories of questions, powerful structural flow tools, design templates, distributions options, and statistical reporting. ISU licenses Qualtrics so everyone with an Iowa State University NetID can use it.

If you use Qualtrics through ISU, your survey respondents will not be subject to the advertisements that come with free versions of other products. You can share editing rights to your survey with any person who is a registered Qualtrics user, either at ISU or elsewhere.

Many college administrative forms for students, staff, faculty, and internship supervisors are now provided via Qualtrics, which reduces paper use, data entry time, and allows for easier data analysis. Qualtrics is the go-to product for online research and outreach surveys, and is the only ISU licensed tool available for creating online student peer evaluation forms.
