Virginia M. Gladney endowed professor of food science Stephanie Clark featured in Midwest Dairy’s winter 2018 newsletter: Stephanie Clark was featured in Midwest Dairy’s winter newsletter for her work as one of several associate directors of the Midwest Dairy Foods Research Center. Clark’s role has her serving as a liaison between dairy farmers and Iowa State dairy researchers, and tries to help them ‘understand each other’s needs and expertise to advance research that will best benefit the dairy industry in our state and beyond.’
