LAAC: Personal training, conducting fitness assessments, Subbing for different classes, general gym maintenance (picking up weights/towels). Jonathan Club: creating spreadsheets, making equipment orders, putting together new equipment, creating and implementing a new class, subbing class.
Being able to meet and create lasting relationships with people both in and outside of the world of fitness, I feel that many of the people whom I have been able to build those relationships with will play a part in my future growth.
What advice would you give?
Don't be afraid to be yourself. At many places, most trainers are not coming in with a bachelors, so even though you may be young, many people will look for your advice in a lot of areas.
