Monitor gym member's safety during exercise. Take member's blood pressure before and after exercise. Maintain cleanliness in the gym, including wiping down equipment and keeping exercise equipment organized. Instruct and create workout routines for fitness classes. Work individually with members by guiding and helping them to continue their exercise programs.
Creating an employee wellness challenge at Story County Medical Center. This project helped enhance my creativity and motivate staff members to stay physically active.
Always be prepared for the next day. Having a journal helped me to keep track of exercises and workout routines. Stay organized and never leave work/tasks unfinished. Stay ahead and plan to get everything done on time.
