Responsibilities

Create, lead, and participate in land and aqua classes. Attend Wellness meetings. Kickstart Green Hills games, which involved residents and various events to compete in.

Accomplishments

Being confident and maturing as a fitness instructor. With having minimal experience in leading group fitness classes, I came into Green Hills not knowing how to lead a class. As time went by I learned how to speak up, cue exercises, and program routines.

What advice would you give?

Don't be afraid to ask questions, be open minded of your internship and get to know the clients/individuals on a personal level.
