Responsibilities

My job responsibilities included designing displays and organizing merchandise for visual appeal, handling inventory and customer services, managing finances and other financial aspects and also coordinating directly with brand representatives and vendors.

Accomplishments

I was able to visually merchandise the store to appeal to customers and given the freedom to do what I wanted with whatever product she had available and design displays to my liking which I felt really proud about.

What advice would you give?

Some advice I would give to future students looking for an internship within a small business is to ask as many questions as possible. The more you learn, the more you will feel comfortable doing things on your own.
