Responsibilities

I was responsible for assigning and reviewing lessons to the residents as part of the program. I handle some of the residents' transportation needs and help them in any way I can.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment was building a good rapport with some residents and feeling that they could come to me with any issues or questions.

Learning experience

My greatest lesson is that there will be tough days at work, but building a good relationship with the people around you makes those days a lot sweeter and more motivating to do the work you need to do.

What advice would you give?

My advice would be to be open to the experience, always find what makes you happy when working, and use it to fill your cup.
