Document any notes from managers. Create crib sheets. Process new hires and terminations. Make rounds to each food stands. Work corporate picnic. Close the park one night a week. Be a witness for HR purposes. Be able to create schedules for 300+ employees.
I know over 50% of my employees and a small fact about them. I have also been able to work a whole day in my supervisors role when he takes a day off. I have also become a main source of information for our employees.
What advice would you give?
Be confident in your role. Don't let a job intimidate you. When you fell confident in a role be ready to push or be pushed out of your comfort zone and accept it.
