Learning experience
I learned many lessons during my time at Goldfinch, there are a few notable lessons. Patience was a big lesson I had to learn, from dealing with large groups or just an individual always take the time to explain and remain calm and collected. The next lesson was adaptability, having a schedule and a plan is required. But having the ability to change either sections of a workout or create a whole new exercise for an athlete is a great ability to have.
What advice would you give?
The best way to learn is to get involved; intern, volunteer or work anywhere that has your interest.
