Mental Health Practitioners provide home and community-based skills services to children, adults, and families with mental health concerns to improve their basic functioning under the license of a qualified mental health professional.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment from my experience at my internship would be successfully learning how to run the company used website where I enter my time worked, enter treatment plan notes, write treatment plans, and collaborate with other coworkers.

What advice would you give?

Start looking for an internship right away, that's what I did. I had accepted my internship in late March of my spring semester for a summer internship, which allowed me to focus on finishing up everything else before graduating.
