Responsibilities
The internship consists of setting up lifts, cleaning up lifts, coaching/helping lifts, making nutrition shakes, reading literature about strength and conditioning, and creating mock programs.
Accomplishments
My greatest accomplishment was helping design the weight training program for the Women's Basketball team.
Learning experience
I learned how important having another person to look over programs is. There will always be something you miss.
What advice would you give?
Participate in as many internships or volunteer experiences as possible. It may seem time consuming but it will pay off. Start early!
