Responsibilities

Throughout my internship, my primary job was to complete tasks that school counselor's do on a daily basic. This included scheduling, meeting with students, and presenting material to students. I also created a career day during my time at my internship.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment was creating a day long career/college fair that all of the students had the opportunity to participate in. I also enjoyed my time getting to know the students and staff at the school.

What advice would you give?

Pick an internship that you are truly interested in! That was vital for me. It made it so I learned more about what I wanted for a career instead of simply choosing an internship that will make money or that seems easy.
