-Perform interviews with family and clients -Allocate case summaries, social histories, service plans, case records -Inspect client work, employment, and living situations -Conduct face-to-face, phone and written contacts with clients, families, and providers regarding well-being -Construct recommendations to professional social worker staff for case planning -Coordinate social history information sufficient to develop a specific plan of services and goals -Assisting client’s access to the service delivery system supports and community resources
My greatest accomplishment is becoming confident with conducting face-to-face interviews with clients. Researching topics that I am unsure about has become a daily routine and finding ways with clients that are hard to communicate with.

Knowing you are making a difference in individuals life and being there for them whenever they are in need of help.
