Responsibilities

As the Events and Registration intern, I work in Excel to create name tags exported onto templates, make and record event surveys, and organize and edit accounts in our event inbox.

Accomplishments

I have had lots of accomplishments so far during this internship, but I think my greatest one is learning how use our event registration site. It was very challenging to me at first but now that I finally have the hang of it, it is a great feeling!

What advice would you give?

Advice to future students thinking about what types of internships they want, I would recommend this for one if you are thinking more about the corporate or city chamber event planning side. It is great experience and you work with some really great people too!
