Analyze data, contribute to needs assessment and strategic plan for Preschool Development Grant with Early Childhood Iowa, create academic documents regarding Head Start Collaboration with School districts, work with stakeholders and core team members for the Preschool Development Grant team, work with research team to perform tasks related to needs assessment

Accomplishments

Meeting with core members and stakeholders for the Preschool Development Grant with Early Childhood Iowa to analyze data collected for the Integrated Data System that the ISU team is working on. Discuss findings and contributions to policy and organizations/programs throughout Iowa regarding child care and families

What advice would you give?

Even the most professional and experienced people sometimes have to improvise and aren't sure what's going on- be confident and roll with it! Trust yourself and your work abilities, learn as you go.
