Learning how to individually program for a variety of people. This gym has clients that train for sports performance, weight loss, or just to improve their functional lives. I feel very confident moving forward that I can work with any type of individual with any type of goal.
What advice would you give?
Get out of your comfort zone. Going into this CrossFit setting gym I really didn't know what to expect. I did know that this gym had the best strength and conditioning coaches in Panama and even though S&C is something I am not sure I will pursue I now have much more knowledge and experience to push my career in the right direction.
