I set up processes with clear guidelines on how to tag SKUs in the following fields: colors, trends, and occasions that helps to reduce the time needed for buyers to curate campaigns, marketing teams to quality control submitted SKUs, and for the onboarding team to upload them. This guidelines also help to increase the accuracy of SKUs tagged to each trend/occasion/color and increased exposure to SKUs on the drop-down list of our company's internal system.
