Responsibilities

While working with Innovate 1858, I was a Sales Associate as well as a Product Marketer Associate. I took care of creating different posts for different events of the month like Black History Month, Women's History Month, and making staff highlights. I also made an advertisement for 1858 for The Fashion Show. Lastly, I also worked with managing/updating website product descriptions. I worked on often with product marketing and sometimes managed customers' product requests.

Accomplishments

Learning to balance time and adapt to different situations. I was a senior student, had to manage club activities, and also be an intern. It was my busiest semester, so I had to adapt to the change. I always had a hard time with time management; however, I think I've done the best this semester compared to past ones. Therefore, for me, this is my greatest accomplishment yet.

Learning experience

You have to take chances and actions. You cannot be shy about your decisions; therefore, speak with confidence. Getting out of your comfort zone means that you're growing, and eventually, it'll turn into your comfort area of expertise.
