Analyze and monitor data for the Marshall County Community Health Assessment and help promote healthy behavior to residents and groups within Marshall County.

Accomplishments

My greatest accomplishment during my internship was being able to meet and make connections with leaders in the community and working on such an important project in Public Health on my own.

Learning experience

The greatest lesson I learned throughout my experience is the importance of networking and always being open to learning new things because something is always happening in the public health world.

What advice would you give?

Learn to manage your time. Keeping a planner will help you stay organized. Always agree to opportunities and tasks your internship supervisor may present to you.
