Provide supervision for multi-functional foodservice areas (sandwich stand, salad bar, grill, hot foods, etc.) at an account/unit to ensure client satisfaction and retention for the Company. Implements business practices in order to uphold Company mission and values. Contribute to account revenue and operating profit contribution through the implementation of services and creation of opportunities for growth.
Getting exposed to the corporate food service industry and developing relationships with all the different clients throughout Pioneer Sodexo. This is something that was so new to me in the beginning but has become so familiar and it has really showed me what path I want to pursue post graduation!
What advice would you give?
Work hard no matter what you’re doing. Do the jobs that no one else wants to do. The smallest details do not go unnoticed and it’s what sets you apart from everyone else.
