Accomplishments

While working a live music event, it started pouring and the event had to get moved inside. I touched base with the lead singer throughout the process to get the band's dinner orders. Since it had started raining, I made sure to box their food up for them and give them something to munch on during the transition while making sure they all had something to drink. At the end of the event, the lead singer thanked me for all of my work and told me I was amazing at my job. I'll never forget that clients truly see and appreciate the work we put in for them.

What advice would you give?

My advice to future students in the industry is this: take initiative. If you see an issue, take it upon yourself to fix it and always do it with a smile.
