Responsibilities

I help my supervisor plan events and attend them to make sure everything goes smoothly. I also help out the company with community relations and making sure everyone is happy.

Accomplishments

I think my greatest accomplishment is planning my own event, called Music by the Lake. BMW is the main sponsor of this event so my supervisor allowed me to take on this event by myself and plan it.

Learning experience

The greatest lesson that I have learned so far is to learn from others. Typically I will see how others do things before I take them on myself but I also think this is a great thing to do even down the line.

What advice would you give?

My advice for other students is to work for a company they are excited about and not just because it was the first internship offered. There will be an internship out there for you.
