What advice would you give?

My advice for students if they are trying to get a job at Kohl's is be yourself. They hire a lot off personality and potential and if they think you'll be a good fit at the company. I also recommend always having something to take notes and always write things down. Being new in the industry there is so much to know and learn. You're constantly meeting new people and theres a lot of information all at once so writing things down so you don't have to ask twice is the best advice. Also to really focus on how to save the company money and being cost efficient. In school its important to design for a customer, not always what you want. And pay attention in most importantly adobe classes, construction classes, and technical designer and global sourcing classes.
